Let'sGoZips94 Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 HAHA this is so funny! A friend of mine went to Can't State last year, and just transferred and is going to Coastal Carolina now! Go CC! Quote
GP1 Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 I drove by their campus this morning while out seeing customers around Myrtle Beach. Quote

ZachTheZip Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 So their godawful QB performance this spring wasn't just a fluke. To have the offense be held scoreless by CC for the first half? That's horrid. Then again, every MAC team that's playing looks like crap tonight. Quote
Blue & Gold Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 I'm at this game right now. Their QB, Gorgio Morgan, looks awful. And they can't run on these guys either. However, Eugene Jarvis looks extremely dangerous returning punts, and their defense looks very good. Quote
MDZip Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 The MAC is up in three of four tonight (Can't State 18 Coastal Carolina; Temple 24 Villanova 14 and Bowling Green over Troy 24-14 - that one is a least a little impressive). The only current MAC team losing is Ball State down 10-3 at North Texas. Hope they enjoyed last year - looks like it's going to be a long year for them - why couldn't we have drawn them THIS year? GP1 Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 K.S.U. 18, Coastal Carolina 0This is laughable. My prediction: Can't State doesn't win another game this season and their coach gets his contract extended. Quote

Yeah I was wondering what spin Martin was going to put on the game to justify a measily 18 points in a perfect weather game against a lower-mid level FCS school. Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted September 4, 2009 Author Report Posted September 4, 2009 K.e.n.t. goes at their QB goes. With guys like Jose Davis, Cribbs and Edelmann they were always a threat to win 5-or-so games in a season. With bad QB play, the over/under drops to 3. Take the under this season. The K.e.n.t. QB tossed 2 INT's last night. Quote
akronad Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 18 measly points! They scored only 2 TD's and 2 Safeties. It's not like they rolled over Coastal, although if you read the piece in the PD, it sure seemed that way. Quote
3rd&twenty Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 I found it interesting, and very telling of Cant's program, that during any of the ESPN games last night did I see their score on the crawl. At least not while my eyes were open. Quote
