I hope this isn't indicative of Ianello's ability to recruit players not stupid enough to get in trouble, but you can't say that it looks good.

8 Notre Dame football players arrested. Coach I was the chief recruiter for all the players on the team except for the incoming freshmen.

Yeah, because none of us ever drank at a college party when we weren't 21. whatever.

We were all smart enough not to get caught.

I think they were more unlucky than stupid.

Obviously Joe Montana is a dirtbag dad.

He must not think that he is good enough to play at a bigger school.

I came here to post where he committed and you made a comment like that. My response is this: he wanted to come to a school that actually has a history of winning. Judging by those lists of offers, he was destined to be on some mediocre or bad program. Anyone following YSU knows they will soon become a force again under Eric Wolford.

:D

Or maybe he wanted to play for a college just a few blocks away from his house.

We found ourselves a WINNER! You are exactly right.

Quins... You got a good player so enjoy the recruiting victory. I just have a hard time understanding him turning down offers from Syracuse or Indiana. Both schools are on the rebound much like you said YSU is. They both play at a much higher level with greater exposure and competition. I think the need to be closer to home was stronger than anyone thought.

YSU ankle-biters strike again.

you got a two star wide reciever. Not a big deal and I have to say I have no idea who Eric Wolford is, so I don't see any dominance from YSU anytime soon.

You say that most of those schools are medicore or bad? really your 6-5 FCS team is better than Syracuse and Indiana?

You guys couldn't even score a single point against OSU a few years ago, what was it 43-0 or something...seems pretty mediocre or bad to me

Wolford came from South Carolina. Our O.C. Montgomery came from Akron. Our D.C. came from South Florida. Our DL came from Kansas. Special Teams from Arizona.

Wow... the kid chose YSU over Akron or Ken.t because YSU was closer? Does his mom still hold his hand when he crosses the street?

Do not let the petty jealousy spewn forth on these pages diminish your Penguin Pride one bit equin. You guys are the greatest and the only reason you don't win the Superbowl every year is because the NFL is afraid to let you in. Red and White forever!
