I think everything else is still accurate. Highlight them with a weird color though because their eligibility might change if the wind blows differently tomorrow. Mahaffey was named to the preseason All-MAC team so he and Oriol will be playing unless something changes. Huge losing streak by the NCAA in court recently, too. 1 Quote

I would think the major danger would be if the legislation the senate passed makes it through the house and gets signed into law. That would give the NCAA the power it wants and would allow it to dictate the sport again. Quote
