I am going to get caught up on all of the news shortly, but if someone wants to shoot me the obvious chart updates I will get to it this week.

Add Oriol and Mahaffey. I think everything else is still accurate. 

 

Highlight them with a weird color though because their eligibility might change if the wind blows differently tomorrow.

I guess I will hold off for now. Everyone seems to be quite aware of the legal battle. Once that decision is final, I will add an additional color for the fifth year of eligibility.

I would roll with the 16 man roster. Mahaffey was named to the preseason All-MAC team so he and Oriol will be playing unless something changes. Huge losing streak by the NCAA in court recently, too.

I would think the major danger would be if the legislation the senate passed makes it through the house and gets signed into law. That would give the NCAA the power it wants and would allow it to dictate the sport again.
