We have not made a 3 and we are only down by 6.  Noah cannot penetrate and forces up a long 3. We need our guards to penetrate or hit their 3 ball to win this game.

Did anyone else see Michael Hughes getting right into the face of Noah when the half finished?  He looked serious.  Was he open on the last possession?

Wow!  Down just 6 at the break, while having an AWFUL shooting half!  We might just keep this close in the 2nd half.  The broadcast did eventually come through.  Nice job by Root so far.  And plenty appreciation of our team.

I don't think we'll have to worry about the stat that the Zags are 78-0 since 2011 when scoring 80 or more points.

 

I AM a little concerned that the Zips "law of averages" will come in to play vis a vis 3 point shooting in the 2nd half.

 

Good, hard nosed defense shown by both teams so far.

Seems like Dambrot wants to run as much clock as possible and keep this as low scoring as he can, but we HAVE to make some shots from the perimeter.
