This gets me in the mood for some football.  I see nice plays on there from Jamal Davis, Manny Morgan, Warren Ball and Brandon Mitchell.  What did the rest of you see that I didn't?

I also saw a nice deep sideline catch by Kwadarius Smith.

Jamal Davis is going to help turn this year's D around.

Brandon Mitchell has to be the WR who we think is mistakenly listed at 6'2", right?  Wasn't it posted somewhere on here that he's 6'7"?  He looks a lot taller than 6'2" in that clip.

---Nice throw from QB Nick Johns (I think) to WR Brandon Mitchell--- ball got there quick with minimum loft

---#52  C Lavonne Gauthney gets out-manned by #97 NT Brennan Williams in that line drill

As I pointed out before, Brandon Mitchell was listed at 6-7 on the Wilmington roster --- plus his HS coach said he was 6-6 in an article when Mitchell was beginning his JR year in high school

Spring break is over and players will be back at practice starting tomorrow. Encouraging to see that multiple QBs have been putting in time on their own.

Anybody know if the Kwadster is playing football this Spring or is he just running 10.42's for the track team?

In all of the articles about Ball, we still know very little about him - what was his journey to UA like? What was experience like as he joined the team as a transfer? What was it like sitting out last year and watching things fall apart? What role has his family played in helping him navigate 6 years of a collegiate career?

We know he came via OSU, but there is just no depth to anything GT writes.

There are so many untold stories... *sigh*.

If we played OSU this year, you can bet someone from the Dispatch would write an article about him.  UA really needs to explore other media avenues to get stories out.  As mentioned many times before, a fan could do a much better job than GT in their spare time.

Maybe this way we'd get someone who views the position as something more than just a paycheck.

I've been wishing the same since '94-'95.  Absolutely insane how pee-poor the ABJ is.

TB talking about Nate Stewart as a guy to watch at WR. Also talked up Darian Dailey (highly) and Brandon Council. Bell is apparently still on the team as well.

Thanks for the update.  Did you hear this on the radio?

To elaborate more on the Dailey comments, Bowden basically said he is as talented of a corner as Akron has seen in a long time. Now maybe I am biased, but I think we have had some pretty decent players at the collegiate level in the defensive backfield and even have some pretty talented young guys as well. Saying that about Dailey has me pretty excited.

That is fantastic.  Thanks for the update.  I did not catch the interview.
