I like Kato for next year with maybe a full strength team. Beat PCC for the bowl game, too big of a hole tonight it looks like with our special teams playing so well. Anyone know what tommy did to basically get kicked off the team? I haven't read all the threads

Yup similar to a tipped ball = every man for himself. 
If they didn't block the kick it would be a penalty

I am not sure why it doesn't qualify as targeting. Is not the punter defenseless?
