I really can't definitively tell from that angle. The AR who called it should have had a straight-on view and it would be more obvious to him.

I'm sure they're waiting for PAC12 Network to decide or make prep to televise.  Does NCAA have to give permission?  No reason that all Zips fans on the West Coast and beyond shouldn't have access to this.  Right, SBZip? ??

FWIW.  I know zilch of soccer rules so yesterday I went to my buddy at work is refs soccer matches, and I showed him the clip.  Before that he drew me a diagram of what "off sides" is and then mentioned something about "cherry picking." We played the last segment and he said Wake was clearly offsides.  Again...FWIW.
