Bowling Green - the MAC season begins

Recommended Posts

Federico Serra also had a strong first half.

He had a left footed shot off the cross bar about 21 minutes

Marco Milanese had a good defensive play around 29 minutes to stop a possible 2 on 1

Serra earned the PK by getting a hand ball call in the box

Pacheco is a beast.....if he can stay healthy all year, he could be MAC player of the year...

Temple only played 5 minutes....Shokalook only played 11 minutes

would like to see more PT for both Temple and Shokalook in 2nd half

Pol Hernandez has improved so much during his time at Akron. Credit to the young man for his hard work.

Congratulations to Will Meyer on his first shutout.

BG is always a hard team because they are so physical.  Congratulations to the zips on their first of many wins in the MAC.

I started watching midway through the 2nd half and didn't know we were a man down for a while because we seemed to be mostly controlling the ball. Definitely a good win.
