Campus sites for the first round - Soccer Plex in Boyds Maryland for the final four - same place as last year - when the Zips were not a participant. NYC ZIP
Interesting that the East Division will likely have seeds 2-6, meaning that if the Zips get 1 or 2 seed they will have to play a Midwest division team for the second time this season in the first round. Hopefully Seton Hall and Providence can dispatch Xavier in the regular season. Don’t want to see them again.
TennZip
Creighton dominated Villanova this afternoon Creighton led 8-2 in shots on goal game was 2-0 at half time and was 3-1 final score Creighton is now 2-2-1 in the league Villanova drops to 0-5 in the league Creighton has now won 2 straight big East games. Last Saturday night, Creighton defeated a good Xavier team 1-0. Zips will have to play well Wednesday night at home against Creighton. and yes, the Zips need to be looking for revenge for last year's loss to the Blue Jays.
