Not sure if this has been mentioned. But I was confused as to why the UAB players all had different names on the jerseys. They are wearing the names of kids battling serious illnesses and they give the jerseys to the kids at the end of the season. Pretty awesome gesture.

Well, if you consider only a half has been played so far...the offensive genius is now scoring 8 points per 60 minutes.

Giving up 44 per 60 minutes, but...look at the positives.  Moorhead is coaching this offense up now!  And trying hard, with time to try and do something at the end of the half down 11, ran right up the middle real pretty like.  Are we looking at an 0-12 team this year?

 

I guess at least Kent lost...barely

 

Also I've never seen a referee try soooooo hard to enunciate.

coop only has (2) 1/2 tackles they r shutting him out

 

summers has 3 solo (1) 1/2 but hasn't been on the field since his penalty

 

maybe 2 qbhs. that's why kitna looks like brady. no pressure and he is confident now. 23/32 270 2 tds 1 int and it's only first half

Which they HAVE done.  Problem is, Moorhead's used a month's supply of touchdowns in the first half.

Zips football has taught me to be careful what you wish for. It can, and usually does, get worse. 

 

Unless we can come up with an absolute slam dunk of a coach I don't think it's going to make a difference.
