Robert Morris has not scored against Akron in the previous six match-ups according to the preview.

But, as we know, right now it's our ability to score that is the issue. Not our ability to defend.

Perhaps if our defense is so solid, then a 3-5-2 might create more scoring opportunities with an additional attacker?

Our base formation is 4-2-3-1.

We will always play 4 in the back no matter what else changes.  

A back 4 is fundamental to Embick’s ideals.

That might be true in games with equal midfield control, but against teams like Army and Butler, there is no need for a fourth defender at the expense of not having an additional attacker. I'd rather us try to push for a win and risk a counter attack loss than continue with the status quo in hopes of scoring.

Yeah.  Maybe.  But Akron will always play with a back 4.  I am not necessarily disagreeing with you.

Attendance is listed as less than 600, which I didn't know was possible since I figured there were more than 600 season ticket holders.

I think they only count scanned tickets and student cards at the game.
