  1. We'll have at least one Zip heading to Eugene for the national championships. Still a couple more opportunities for another to qualify but it's tough competition.
  2. Looks like it may have been sold again.
  3. By the way, the seller never sent this out to me so eBay refunded me. Then, he messaged me and said he didn't realize it sold. So, he listed it again (at a slightly cheaper price). I changed my mind, so it should still be available last I checked. Maybe someone else here might want it.
  4. It's just a result of how BSN operates. They take orders for a few weeks, then when the shop closes, they produce all of the orders and ship them out. So they are only producing what is ordered and there is no excess.
  5. Very nice! Now, next step is hopefully to get team-specific gear. Especially for football, basketball, and soccer.
  6. Who are those three pitchers?
  7. Zips have 12 athletes who qualified for the preliminary round of the NCAA tournament which takes place next week. Good luck to all! https://gozips.com/news/2026/5/21/track-field-12-zips-qualify-for-ncaa-track-and-field-east-preliminary-round
  8. Interesting that all of our games that have been announced by other teams are all home games for us.
  9. Better date in my opinion. It won't be during winter break.
  10. Finish it off, ladies!
  11. Men's leading by 30 points, women's leading by 20 points. Both with 4 events remaining.
  12. Both leading by 40 points with 8 events remaining.
  13. Zips leading the outdoor MAC championship in both men's and women's going into the final day tomorrow!
  14. I'm not as negative about next season as AkronAlumnus is but I do have lower expectations than last year, for sure. I felt okay when we started off by getting Staveskie but Burton and Hammer do nothing to make think we're on our way to another MAC title. Of course, who knows with every team having so many new players but as Kreed said, on the surface, it's not realistic to say this team will be better than last year.
  15. I don't either. Sounds like the President still believes in D1 athletics even if the faculty doesn't.
  16. Yeah, i do the same and it's how I get almost all of my Zips gear. Usually either new or gently used. And usually about half the price of what it would retail for.
  17. Yeah, it seems like if you're gonna do two semesters, you should stop like around Halloween. Split it up a little more evenly. I don't know, I guess we'll get used to it after a couple years.
  18. Looks like it's that time of the year where I have to start keeping a tentative schedule until the official schedule is announced.
  19. Some team-issued gear being sold on ebay from a seller in Akron. Guessing he had some sort of contact with the program. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?sid=330cfbplug&_pgn=1&isRefine=true&_trksid=p4429486.m2548.l49496
  20. Zips up 2-0 heading to the bottom of the 5th. Akron's pitcher (Maddie Jamrog) allowed a leadoff single and has since retired 15 straight batters.
  21. Staying in the portal for an entire year and then ending up at Akron where he is assuredly not getting any NIL money is an insane move. But let's hope it works out for us!
  22. Schedule updates for anyone who may be going tomorrow (and now, potentially Sunday). Tonight's elimination game between Ohio and WMU will now be played tomorrow at 11 AM. The winner plays Akron at 2pm. If Akron loses, there's a rematch on Sunday. https://x.com/i/status/2052905749202739241
  23. The difference between a win and a loss in that game is huge. With a loss, Akron would've needed 3 straight wins to capture the title. With a win, they now need to win just one of two tomorrow.
  24. Underhand is a natural motion while overhand is not. That's why softball teams often use the same pitcher in back to back games.
