Freeman's turned into a nice PF. But he's out of position at the 5. (Ditto with Reece.) Malone's tallest player was 6'7", so Freeman's not going to be able to do that against MAC opponents. We really need Currie (or Aziz) to come in so Freeman & Reece can slide over & play their more natural 4 position.

As we all no, last years games with Athens State were intense with momentum swings. And ironically are last MAC game was supposed too be in Cleveland at the MAC tournament. The problem is I think they still have the same team and Zips are without for of there starters. So easy two determine how this will turn out

For the record, I watched Kent at UVA, Ohio's one point loss at Illinois, Buffalo run out of gas at Syracuse. That alone does not make me a fan of any of them.

Guys, I heard Groce say on the air that Freeman has 3 more years of eligibility due to Covid. I have no reason to doubt him. So I guess that means Michael Wynn gets to play immediately and then still has 2 more years. What does that mean to the scholarship limit and the log jam with incoming freshman? I don't know if anyone really knows how this is going to play out next season and beyond. Until I get more concrete information about the general NCAA policy and specific Akron players I am putting the chart on hold. Please keep your ears open. Thanks.

Didn't even know the Zips were playing today aha. Looks like LCJ & Freeman saved us from an embarrassing upset. It's early but I miss banks, cheese, and X. We'll get better with time; we're well coached under JG.
