It’s not all going to fall on the shoulders of the former Internationals standout, with Tonny Temple and Will Jackson also likely to be in the mix. Shokalook scored goals for fun in the Development Academy, and his progress could be significant for a Zips team that has quality at the back and midfield.

Well, the OU game this Tuesday has gone down to Covid so we'll have to wait until Friday for the Miami game in Oxford. The Redhawks are coming off of a two game losing streak, falling to PCCC at Brimfield and Buffalo in Ontario. They are 8-7 overall and 5-5 in the MAC. They had actually started to come around before those losses having won 4 of 5 going into Streetsboro. 6'2" sophomore guard Dae Dae Grant leads the Fredmen at 13.7 ppg. 6'7" senior forward Dalonte Brown scores 12.2 ppg while leading the team in rebounds at 6.7 rpg. Their leading scorer from the last couple of seasons transferred to Pitt in the off-season.

Actually, those two clowns called the Superbowl. But no one knows that, because they never mentioned the game.

A MAC tournament better get played this year as there is no way all these games can be made up. It would be total BS if Akron finishes the season something like 15-4, but loses the conference because Toledo went 16-4.

Got Hergott as a walk-on. Here are his hudl highlights. Definitely a dual-threat QB. Decent arm. Good, not great. But definitely has the ability to run and what I like is that he's not too quick to pull it and run. He really lets passing plays develop & uses his feet to extend passing plays. His senior year he threw for 2,467 yards and 26 TD's while rushing for 1,078 yards & 15 TD's.

You, and us, should be pissed. The announcing was terrible. They ignored the game and multiple story lines that any professional team would have relished as fodder for enriching the broadcast. I like Dakich as a radio personality, but as an analyst he only cared about himself and his stories. He failed to make the game the story.
