Lets face it the world doesn’t put stock in a young man unless he is overhyped with stars.Bubba being 5’8 automatically eliminated him outta high school. I hope the NFL doesn’t overlook him .But,the society we live in thinks since he is not 6’3 235 running a 4.5 he can’t play. Its harsh but its reality.

What I find funny is how you ladies & gents talk about how great Bubba is ( which he is) and how all the other kids who are walk ons must not be that great because they don’t have stars . Im pretty sure Bubba was a walk on. So how you feeling about walk ons now, ?

My guess is there will be more Zips fans at da shoe than there ever are at Info stadium.

Well it looks like he is playing some Redshirts and Sophs. My question is how and why did all our experienced players like Peterson ,Council, Riley, Boogie,Meeks, Morris etc all leave? And thank you boys for the english lesson. When I talk into the phone a lot of times it changes the words. And Zipmeister thanks for piling on but thats just the type of person you are. Enough said there !

I figured I would let you boys slug it out on here a bit before I chimes in. I have been watching this team and I like some of the young men Arth has brought in.My only complaint is he don’t seem to want to play them. If you loose with the young men you are playing then try something else. Play the youngin’s .. see what happens. I also notice all the upper classmen are gone.Can’t win with no experience. I have also mentioned Arth is not using the transfer portal like he should. The transfers he brought in he ain’t using. #11 is a big boy that did well at Kentucky and we ain’t using him. Whats up there?

Looks like Leopold has picked over this roster pretty good. Will have to see how these young men, most of which are headed to KU,do. Looks like UB is in for some rebuilding.

Gents ! Lets look past KU. Look at the big picture. He was taught by Matt Campbell who is pretty darn good. This could be good. Lets see how this one pans out.

Don't matter what TE from anywhere with any stars comes here. If we don't utilize them its a total waste.

I thought it funny that the young men Arth praised were our only P5 transfers. Think we only have 2. I don't think any JUCO transfers have really done anything the last couple years. We have not been active at all in the transfer portal and there are plenty of upperclassmen there. Arth mentions only 5 players have had spring ball. This is very concerning. Sorry men but you don't win much with nothing but Freshman and no upperclassmen to speak of.

Have we lost any players to ULM ?

I don't want to be a party pooper but this young man played on the Scout Team at Florida St. Maybe he can contribute. Only time will tell.Would like to see some more use of the transfer portal. There are a ton of athletes with playing experience available.

Not the case! So whats the avg salary of Arena league player. I can tell you its 31k min to 50k avg. These boys can get a real job and make a heck of a lot more than that.

These young men don't need Arena league. Im guessing they all will have their degrees and go out and become very successful businessmen.

Sometimes it aint about the play its the principal . I don't believe the coaches or just a coach at any of the schools this young man attended were forth-rite about his abilities.
