Wyoming has a new QB and a good offensive line. Seems to me that this game will be won or lost based on how good Wyoming runs the ball. If they are getting a good push and controlling the clock I think they win. If the Zips can stop the run, force a new qb into some 3rd and longs then it favors the Zips.

Something about this just doesn’t add up - must be more to this story. Maybe he just waited too long and this was the only offer still on the table? There is no way that he chooses Akron over some of those other schools. I’m guessing that it was Buffalo, Akron, Tulsa, and Sacramento State as the only valid offers left and he chose Akron.

I don’t know how in the hell they could get to $1 million in NIL unless Kaulig dumps it all into the pot. I say this half jokingly, but it really is pathetic, maybe they could offer food as an NIL as an incentive of to keep some kids.?

It’s the annual bible of college football information. It lists every team’s depth chart, stats, and other info. I’d post a screenshot but the type is so small and packed with info that it would be hard to read. You can buy it online or some bookstores carry it.

Wow, surprised that the Zips are that big of an underdog at home against a team that was 3-9 last year. Not saying it should be an easy win, but that seems like alot of points.

Did I miss it or are they asleep at the wheel??

This rule seems like it would hit Akron pretty hard. Being a lower tier D1 (and MAC) school it seems like several players in the last couple years have hit the portal and/or flunked out and never reappeared on another roster. I’d guess that this is fairly typical when dealing with so many Juco kids. They overestimated their value and ended up working at Wal Mart - and bringing down Akron’s APR in the process.

This program is far from perfect but you can find students/ex students at every school in the country that has this same take. Very predictable
