Kent is just above pace for around 50 points. Good thing because even though we're playing well, we're not exactly lighting it up. Offensively.

And got to give credit to one fan from Kent who posted this on their board. Well, Akron is 11-0 at home this season and was 16-0 last season. From 2022 to 2024 they were an abysmal 28-2 at home. 🤣

They got us already at their place in our only regular season meeting when one of our best players has a late brain fart that cost us. Miami has won way too many close games. Their time is coming.

Yep Miami currently 12th in luck (that seems too low 😊). Zips are 263. I'm ok with our ending their streak on the third day of a tournament in March. Plus they still talk about Penno (the last time they made the NCAA) in their message board so another reason to re-crush their dream again this year.

Lyles has had a lot of trouble holding the ball under the rim tonight. At least four turnovers that I can remember.

Reghi definitely in mid-season form. First Akron plays great defense and he says its Toledo, then calls Tavari "mercurial" - subject to sudden or unpredictable changes of mood or mind. Yeah you nailed it.
