I watched the end of the Wisconsin/OSU game today. With around 2.5 minutes left, OSU was up FOUR points. And what did Wisconsin, the taller team do? Kept forcing threes, none of which went in. Never scored another field goal. Now, we have been in that same situation on both sides. With that much time , no need to shoot threes. Work the ball inside and go for the high percent shot and/or the foul. The point is, Wisconsin #22 big time team, coach screwed the pooch. Nothing is over until it is over. Nothing is decided until it is over.

ESPN has completely counted us out and I LOVE IT. Be prepared for a SURPRISE

I agree that Harney will be the backup. I just think we need to get as many minutes out of Melo as possible.

Normally I would say that you are kidding, but in this case I agree. It did seem like shots did not drop on the other end.

I have to admit that I was against Melo starting, but he seems to have come of age. And Harney is really not good at the point. I noticed that he is way too casual with the ball. And did anyone else notice - when he dribbled towards the corner he was all hunched over to protect the ball. That is really why 6'8" goes don't usually play point - those high dribbles are easy to slap away. Harney is way more effective as a forward. Looks like Melo owns the point for now. Someone needs to feed him twinkies at the half to get that blood sugar up.

I hope he isn't too good next year. A big performance and they could grab him up after the Dance next year. I want him around for that 4th year LOL.

Another interesting thing is that the coaches and players in the MAC were ready to breathe a sigh of relief. Done with Zeke forever. Gone from the MAC. The other elephant in the room is that there are two more years of Tree. Oops.

Definite star potential. WILL be MAC POY before he is done. He has the physical attributes for a pro career. Just needs to improve his basketball skills. Could happen. The best thing about Tree is that he thrives on adversity. The more we get down the better he plays. Very few players have that kind of drive and determination.

Why is it presumed they are going to the NIT? The announcers on TV mentioned they will be waiting for the call from the CBI.
