However, after every line, there is an "or equivelant"What this means is that the construction managers will choose the lowest price every time. They are paid a price ot build the project. If they can build it for less than their original quote, they make more profit.As far as liability, "most" don't use garbage materials, they may use a decent product. but it isn't as attractive. Therefor everything looks cheaper.
