Sutton, Carter, maybe. Pittman probably not. Wells, No way. I would love to see that also. However, the #2 ranked back in the nation doesn't go to a non major program. Even with a new stadium, few are going to passs up playing in front of 100,000 people to play in from of 25000. We may get the recruits from Pitt, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, etc. But not from the big time major majors... Speaking of miffed, and him feeling he wasn't respected, I think he should realize that not calling the school that is in his hometown team, his "hometown team" is pretty damn disrespectful.

I agree but we still need some outside help to get to the post season...let the zips worry about Ball St and us fans worry about the other teams losses and wins. I just don't wanna be the only bowl eligible team sitting at home AGAIN!!! It is sort of like being Mr. Irrelevant in the NFL draft..

I would just love to see them in a bowl game. The nationl exposure. The extra practice time. The extra experience. All of this could do wonders for the future of the program.

Has Kemme replaced Schepp as a starter on the o-line? He started, and Schepp came off the bench. That seems to be a bit surprising that a true freshman would start. Does anyone know if it was a 1 time thing, or permanent? I thought that Anderson, and Bates were the 2 freshman stud o-lineman.

According to quotes from KD inthe BJ, Wood could miss this season too. He is recovering too slow from his injury. I wonder if he would get a rare 6th year of elegibility. He missed most of last year, and if he missed all of this year, would he still be a Soph, next year? It will take him a while to get back into when he does return. Ouch, he was going to be good.

Terry Pluto Field - It's only 50 yards long, but that's OK as long as everyone feels good. Then I agree that a 20K seat stadium makes sense. Actually if that was it maybe they could play in the JAR.

I agree with this and I posted this recommendation last Sunday. I would not start the game with it, but if we continue to be sluggish, it is worth a shot. The way this offense has looked, anything is worth a shot.
