Observation after 2 possessions....the talent level on this team sucks!!!!!

You are 100% correct. I work in the aerospace industry and we go through a lot of engineers. Quite a few of the upper managers were old Case engineers, so they preferred to hire Case grads. We also hired engineers from Cincy, OSU, etc... It wasn't long before 50+% of our retained engineering team were UA graduates because in real world manufacturing applications our graduates blew them away. A degree from UA at our company (which is owned by Warren Buffet) gets your name to the top of the pile.

When all the facts come out and you see how badly Dambrot wanted out of here, maybe you will see why I am so callous about his leaving. I have never had anything personal against the guy, but the way he left and the way he treated the people closest to the program just rubs me wrong.

Screw dambrot. Why are so many people on here wishing him luck, etc??? He just gutted the program and is poaching all the recruits we had lined up. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I did that, but that is because I actually love this university. Dambrot talked a lot of game, but as soon as the going got tough he took the paycheck and bailed.

I spent quite a bit of time at that university when my wife attended there. I hated it then and I hate it now. It was nothing but a bunch of prentious snobs that thought they were the Ivey league. Guess what? You aren't. You are closer to the mental facility down the hill than you are the Ivey leagues. Enjoy your 10 wins a season.
