I'm pretty much with Keener on this one. I really have no clue. If I go with my gut, I think Woodson is an afterthought. I truly believe he had attitude issues and the staff tried to step him away from the position due to his lack of leadership. If I had to make a guess, I will say that Kato Nelson will be the man. He looked legit in his highlight video's (not that it means anything). I also think he checks all the boxes in what Bowden wants as a QB. Plus, I think we have a downtick in talent at the receiver position, but Nelson combined with ball could be a lethal combo in the backfield. I remember watching chapmans high school videos and I thought he was a terrible passer. I got just the opposite from Nelson. We shall see, but Bowden is itching to have a legit dual threat guy under center.

Ok... but to compare, New Phila has produced a total of 2 x D1 football players in the last 21 years.

My whole point is that any team that truly has 8-10 Legit D1 prospects would smoke New Phila. I guess I am saying that I am not too optimistic about these guys turning out to be impactful D1 players. I don't get a warm and fuzzy when New Phila high school beats what turns out to be a large portion of the talent in our recruiting class.

I am aware of what tusc county has.... I was born and raised there. That is why I laugh about it.

They lost to freaking New Phila!!! There is zero D-1 talent in Tusc county. You get maybe 1 D-1 player per decade or so.

Funny. I have had season tickets for years and I never miss a game. I have watched a lot of MAC basketball since the mid 90's. It is sad because the sun belt is not considered as good or any better of a league than the MAC. In fact, the MAC was rated the 11th best conference compared to 18 for the sun belt. We also have a "reputation" that espn likes to spout about us being a top mid-major. However, when we played a good team from a lessor conference we got smoked and the talent level wasn't even close.

They are a FAR superior team. It really is sad to see how much more athletic a sun belt team is compared to us.

Kwan also takes some terrible shots. He needs to control his emotions because when he has a fit it negatively impacts the team. He is arguably the single biggest impact player on this team. As Kwans attitude goes... so go the zips.

Way to suck it up and get a win. We were the better team. We looked like we were going to give it away for a while.
