I was commenting on the "course" of the program under Bowden. I would obviously like it if we made a bowl game, however, I wouldn't be all warm and fuzzy with the direction of the program just because we won 6 games when 5 of them were against the absolute toilet bowl of college football and our signature win is against a bad Louisiana team. We need to start beating decent teams on a consistent basis before I even remotely think we are going in the right direction. Getting blessed with 6 of the crappiest teams in college football tells me nothing. It just means we aren't one of the 10 worst teams.

The last 4 teams on our schedule currently have a combined 3 wins against D1 opponents, two of which is against one another. I don't know if it sets any direction for Terry other than we are a complete train wreck if we lose any of them.

When the loses are all because you are being out recruited and out coached it all sort of leads to the same conversation.... True? Not sure why this is surprising to anyone.

Quit making excuses. There is no reason Bowling Green should have players so much better that they beat us by 49. The sad part is that they could have beaten us by 69 had they wanted to. You sound like a complete apologist.

They did for sure, but I was pointing out that you made no sense. You say good luck to finding someone who can recruit better than Bowden, but you also say the reason we lost is because their players are better, which means we got out recruited. By your rationale, we will never be able to out recruit anyone in the top half of the mac because they all have better players than we do.

So you say Bowden didn't get out coached, but he got beat by a team with better players. At the same time you say good luck finding someone that can recruit better than Bowden. By that analogy, I say bowden should be fired because he has been here for 4 years and he is still getting beat by teams with better players because he is a shitty recruiter. Please clarify.
