  1. The slow starts are absolutely killing our results. We waste way too many possessions in the beginning.
  2. Kent yellow pee just ran down our leg on that last possession. Tribble HAS to go up strong. Pucker factor is high with this team right now. Lack of guard play is hurting us more than I thought.
  3. WOW! DOWN TO 2! What a run!
  4. I love a good homer announcer pair. These guys are big Runnin' Rebels fans. Haha
  5. Makes betting MW games even more fun when you have such a nice production to watch that's free and available on ROKU in addition to my computer. 😉
  6. Sean Lewis to San Diego State as their HC per Pete Thamel.
  7. If this was Kansas, Bill Self would've hooked him up with Snoop Dogg, strippers, and weed, then receive no punishment.
  8. Hearing more details on this, especially the two concussions, really pisses me off more. What a corrupt, piece of $#@! organization. The growing number of evil individuals in this world that love to F around with people's lives because they can is alarming. Bilas is 100% correct. NCAA sets the guidelines, guidelines are met, end of story. To interject subjectiveness is an abhorrent abuse of power. Has the MAC released a statement? Feels like the governing conference body should probably jump in and fight for one of their members schools. Doubt we'll hear anything though because the MAC leadership sucks Balls (State).
  9. The Mountain West Network is a phenomenal platform. Really excited for this game despite the disappointing showing in the Caymans.
  10. Notable alumni: Tim McGraw, Willie Robertson (Duck Dynasty), and Doug Pederson (Jaguars Head Coach) Not sure I've seen any of them promote ULM, and Willie Robertson actually promoted LSU more so in the show. Doesn't bode well when some pretty famous alumni don't promote the program.
  11. Which is a huge reason for the frustration with JoeMo. When you hire JoeMo, you expect to not have to worry about the offense. The fact that we have a pretty stellar defense in his second year but a putrid offense is puzzling as hell.
  12. How much more accurate can a college junior become? If you're watching from the camera's angle in this GIF, you're probably thinking Tahj is a future NFL Hall of Famer. Zoom out for the full picture and none of these throws would be in vicinity of a WR, which is Tahj's issue.
  13. Hope we can keep Tibesar around. Sure there were some breakdowns but the defense was absolutely a positive this year.
  14. Pay wall. What's the gist of the article? Any specific details outside of the quote in the tweet? If not, this is a pretty pee poor look after the Kentucky cancellation.
  15. Everyone knows what the inevitable outcome would be.
  16. Rule #1: Don't talk about the Perfect Game/No Hitter
  17. Touchdown Bullock!
  18. Why aren't the announcers saying, "OU doesn't have a kicker," or are they directed to only talk negatively about Akron?
  19. TOUCHDOWN AKRON! Lingard goes the distance.
  20. Our issues continue to be coaching. Penalties, play calling - it all sucks.
  21. Piecing this together, it sounds like Ali Ali struggled with mental health at some point - either prior to his Butler transfer or after his Butler transfer - and the mental health struggles affected or could have affected his academics. Akron is where he had/has the better support system, so he came back. At least this is what the argument seems to be. When Ali Ali missed that time last year with Butler, was that an actual injury, or was it mental health related? Something to think about. According to this article, "a player can receive immediate eligibility if they have a physical injury or mental health condition that pushed them to transfer from a school." The new restrictions were approved on January 11th, and players crafted their transfer appeals to fit within these guidelines, especially the mental health angle. Jackson from FSU, Walker from UNC, and now Ali Ali. I agree with Bilas. The NCAA crafted guidelines that included mental health as an acceptable situation for immediate eligibility. That's a loosey goosey category that isn't very difficult to meet in today's society with mental health becoming more of a major focus. @clarkwgriswold Great point about the NCAA's involvement with Bill Self's seemingly 100th infraction/violation. People are tired of corrupt organizations/associations/committees/ruling bodies. The NCAA is towards the top of that list and they continue to grow the flaming torch & pitchfork mob that's against them. Pretty big that Bilas tweeted about this. Hopefully Pat McAfee can go on another epic rant against the NCAA on Monday about this.
  22. Wake up call for this team. They look demoralized.
  23. Thornton can make layups this game. Good sign.
