  1. I think it was '07 or '08 when we played the Suckeyes. I was on my way home from a cross country meet and my dad was giving me updates. He said we were up 2-0. I got to tell all my friends at that moment that we were beating the Suckeyes. Also, the Syracuse win.
  2. There's only 1 thing I need to read on that jersey and that's the name on the front. Other than that, the only other letter/number I need to know is the one on the scoreboard. Other than that, these are some INSANELY cool kits.
  3. Didn't even stay in the lines.
  4. Just FYI, the tallest player on Sheridan's squad is 6'5 and they do not offer athletic scholarships in the CIS. I wouldn't take too much from the score, the Zips should roll in all of these games. Carleton is one of the premier Canadian programs however and should put up a good fight. They are about D2 level in talent as they get a number of D1 transfers who don't pan out in the States. Not a bad test at all, but a lot of these programs are scrubs compared to Division 1 players. Sheridan has forwards in the 6'2-6'4 range which is more along the lines of bad high schools in the states, but is quite the norm north of the border. I'd like to hear more about how the players picked up the coaches schemes, team chemistry, and fluidity on the court. Things like how the bench played, which groups of players played well together, and who started are good things to take from these games. As any D1 coach will tell you, these trips are much more about the practices than the games, which have little benefit in and of themselves. http://www.scgenerals.com/mbball/roster.asp It's actually 6'8, with numerous 6'7 players. No it's not. You're not playing that Sheridan. That's a JUCO in Wyoming. You're playing this Sheridan: http://www.sheridanbruins.com/pages/pop.php?name=mb Ahhh. Thank you sir. My bad. Haha.

  6. That's a great ratio!
  7. I went with Clayton Moore. This team needs a leader on offense, which usually comes from the QB position. Clayton seems to have the background needed to be that leader.
  8. The Snow Bowl in '05 against Can't State where we destroyed them and made it to the MAC Championship Game.
  9. ATTA BOY! Way to represent us tennis players!
  10. I don't like the Capital One Cup. It gives out points based on how popular the sport is, at least that's how it seems. However, HUGE accomplishment. Really nice to see our name up there!
  11. Any of the Can't State games that we have won. Those games are always intense and each one has a special twist to it. Also, the O-Who game when Linhart tipped it in with a few seconds left on the clock.
  12. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO pumped for this basketball team. I think they have a chance to not only destroy the MAC, crack the top 25, but also make it to the Sweet 16. The athleticism is through the roof compared to years past from what I know. Also, the team's basketball IQ is supposed to be high. We have the potential to be a team the MAC hasn't seen in a while.
  13. I wonder what Nagbe was thinking during that.
  14. So what does this leave us with? Are there players we don't know about that are coming in?
  15. That guy is lucky Steve-O's foot is completely snapped off from the rest of his leg. I think if it was still attached, but just broken, Steve-O would've kicked his butt. That's the most atrocious thing I've seen in soccer for a long time. That guy needs to be banned.
  16. Here is a link of the top 18 year old girls in Northeast Ohio for USTA: http://tennislink.usta.com/tournaments/ran....aspx?id=882070 Natalie Robson goes to Revere and I'm pretty sure she is going to UCONN. A LOT of tennis programs, men's and women's, have foreign players on them. Some even have all foreign players. I'm pretty sure NIU's men's team is all foreign. It makes it harder for an American player to get a scholarship, but adds diversity and culture to college tennis.
  17. That was honestly the worst national championship game in I don't know how long. Give the championship to VCU. They could've won it.
  18. I saw it as well. Haha.
  19. From what I know about Walsh, he has an AMAZING mid-range game, something we desperately need. Look for him to really open up the floor.
  20. I have been told by people that he is leaving as well.
  21. NCAA tourney. No question. More challenging, more publicity, bigger stage, and better recruiting tool.
  22. VCU, Butler, and Richmond. Three very respectable teams who are mid-majors. Plus, VCU has the Akron connection, my cousins live near Butler, and I have a friend who plays tennis at Richmond. Haha.
