I, for one, am all for getting rid of this guy. Maybe not now, but at the end of the season. You schedule a DII team for a win, and you lose. Enough said there, but there's more. Your style of play is VERY VERY VERY BORING! I'm a diehard Zips fan and I didn't even go to the game today. I didn't want to. I knew that if we would blow them out, its just a blowout against a DII school. If the game is close, Akron sucks. I am so sick of thinking "Oh. About that. We're Akron, we can't do that". Bull Crap. Do you know how these big schools got to where they are now? They believe they could do it, so they made it happen. How do you think our soccer program got to be as good as it is today? When Ken Lola left, they didn't just go out and find a Joe-Shmo who is a coordinator or whatever. They got the BEST COACH IN THE NATION! Point is, something's gotta give. Now, I like Dr. P. Might I add that we might be the most respected sports team in college sports? I don't know another team as dominate as Akron is in soccer for as long as we've been. I mean Penn State women's volleyball beats akron's soccer, but as far as football and basketball go, I can't think of anyone.

I didn't know he had left. Damn! He was great for the program. This is such great news. I learned of this news last week when my friend told me. I spent pretty much all last summer working with him on my basketball game. He had since developed a "basketball school" where he taught kids of all ages. In the meantime, he had been going to camps all summer to try to get noticed by teams. Never worked out. I am so happy for him, though. He's one of the hardest workers to ever play the game at Akron. He really deserves this. I wonder how much, though, is because of J-Wood? Either way, J-Wood and C-Note hooking back up again in Europe. Good luck Ced!

I'm going to do it next year for my junior year. I can't wait to get into Akron and get my Zips card. People who do it save a TON of money.

Post-secondary? Great program. As for the Zips basketball team, I'm liking the way Dambrot is recruiting. Sounds like size and athleticism is a heavy goal.

Psh... If Michigan State won't give him his second chance, Akron will.

Very solid player. His speed seems to lack that burst, but his size can make up for it. Some people are really fast, but small, so they're easier to take down. This guy has decent speed, but is big, which is going to make it tough to take him down. Well done Zips recruiting.

Psh... Last time the game was at "their place", the AK-Rowdies took over the whole one endzone. The Can't kicker missed the game losing FG at the Rowdies' end. Dix Stadium is NOT a home field advantage anymore.

Before last year, I really didn't care for soccer. Zips soccer or not. I mean I'd go to the games just because I'm a good fan, but it used to be boring. Last year was the best soccer I have EVER seen. I'm really into Zips soccer, and am starting to get into world soccer, too. Personally, I LOVE being hated on by these ACC schools and their fans. It's a sign of respect. Haha and Justin, if our other sports teams had that kind of success, we'd be a BCS school and have to get a new bandwagon. As for the SU game or the soccer games, I would choose soccer. But since my grandpa is a Syracuse alum, I have to go to the Syracuse game. My birthday is Sept. 1st though. Would love to get a b-day present... or 2.

To be honest, I think it's possible. Now the likely hood of it happening isn't the best, but I guess we'll see. I think the Zips are going to be fine this year.

What free agents?! Because of LBJ's ego, all of the top free agents are with other teams! LeBron screwed us like no other. I LOVE Dan Gilbert. He's my hero right now. He called out LeBron for HOW he left, not that he left. He also called him out for quitting in the playoffs. What a man.
