I think he verballed to FIU back when Coach J-Rod was FIU’s OL Coach. So hopefully there’s still a good relationship there & we have the inside track.

I'm content in the MAC. Heck, I'll even say I like it. We've got a small handful of authentic rivalries which I look forward to every season: KSUcks, Ohio, and Buffalo in football; add Toledo in basketball. Having 3-4 true rivals is pretty cool.

I pay $5.99/mo. They tried to slide the $9.99 price increase on me a couple of months ago. Fortunately I noticed on my credit card bill that they had charged me $9.99 instead of $5.99. I called and they actually said I had called them - the day prior - and told them it was okay to raise it to $9.99. I kid you not. They lowered it back to $5.99.

@LZIp mentioned in another thread that Hester was recently put on scholarship. Good for him! I'd like to see the staff give him a shot at RB. He's not a world-class talent, or anything like that, but he's a gamer and a football player: hits the hole fast, gets north-and-south, has better top-end speed than it appears Pryce does, and, though he's not the biggest guy in the world, rarely lost yardage on a carry last season (IIRC).

CSU is tied for 1st place (with Wright State?) in the Horizon League.

I was able to see the 4th goal. Beautiful. Missed the first three but got to see the uneventful 2nd half in it's entirety 😂

You beat me to it. On the current roster I'm also going with Adams. Early in the season he had (two?) crucial drops, but he's only a sophomore... and that happens. He's fast, long, and explosive and seems to be open... a lot. On the future roster I'm also going with Wassel. Have to go with the QB. I still wish we had gotten a verbal from Hoban RB Lamar Sperling. He's everything you want in a back and, as I mentioned in the KSUcks game thread, I'd take him right now over either Wiley or Pryce. Wiley is too tall & lean for the position, and Pryce, while solid, doesn't have the speed to make you fear him breaking a long run once he hits the 2nd level. So we still need that all-around, every down RB Currently there's no Brett Biggs or Brandon Payne on the roster or on next year's verbal commits list... yet 🤞🙏
