You can understand where they're coming from. The 10-20 people who would want a replica jersey probably all post on ZNO. However, having said that, I think simply from a respectability standpoint, they should be in the offering. As an illustration, Acura is brining back the NSX supercar. Not that they're going to sell many of them - they will probably lose money on them. But a high-end car manufacturer has to have a sports car to add to their cache. Acura's cache had fallen, in respect to Lexus, Infinity, BMW, Audi & Mercedes because they didn't have a real sports car to offer. Even if the NSX just sits in Acura showrooms for guys to ooh-and-aah over, it shows that Acura is a serious, high-end brand & adds cache to their other, more mundane vehicles. IMHO, so it should be with replica jerseys. Unfortunately, Akron just doesn't take themselves as seriously as some of their fans do.

In the spread offense you're probably looking for speed and shiftiness from your RB, which probably aren't Snowball's strong suits. When I think spread offense (Oregon, WVU, the real OSU) I think of running backs more in the mold of David Jones, from whom we've received a verbal. (Check out his moves!)

Announcers mentioned the body language betweem Zeke & KD was not good when KD took him out of the game. The announcers sided with KD, saying basically "Keith Dambrot is tough on Zeke because he wants Zeke to make a lot of money playing in the NBA. Hate me now, thamk me later."

Can't afford to take Abreu out of the game. Over 4 minutes to play. Hang in there, AA!

So I see you've got Avis Commackk listed as already enrolled. However, NewZipsFan, who really seems to have some good info, doesn't believe Coach Bowden is recruiting Avis to play here, due to his pending legal issues. So, does anyone know the story here?

I agree. These guys are great! Very fair and complementary, pointing out both Akron's faults and strengths. They sound a bit surprised that the Bulls are playing Akron so tough. It's nice getting another perspective apart from Frenchy & Dunn. These guys are so fair that they're making Buffalo my second-favorite MAC team.

Why on earth would any athlete not want to play in/for Hawaii? I've wondered this for years. Shouldn't Hawaii be winning the national championship every year? If I could pick anywhere in the US to live (all expenses paid for 5 years) it would be Hawaii.

You're saying The Civic & EJT would be competitors with the new arena? That's an interesting thought, but I don't think they would. I think the arena would only host concerts larger than EJ or the Civic could accomodate. The city up north has a few different theaters plus the Q.

Then you must really love KD.
