Hmm, the cost of the ticket is surprisingly similar to what I would be willing to pay for a YSU ticket today. Does anyone know what year this is from? I tried looking on Wikipedia and started with 1963 and worked backwards. None of the years we played them back then have a Saturday, Oct. 9thBy "we" I assume you mean the University. Note that nowhere on the poster does it say the teams are associated with an institution of higher learning, and at that time the school was known as Buchtel College. Therefore, I conclude that the teams were composed of highly talented non-college local talent.

I knew one of the workers who was installing the surface and he and all the other installers helped themselves to large quantities of the material. Back in the good old days (1960s-70s) the bar in the student Union had what I thought was a pretty good variety of beers. Three on tap and a numerous others in bottles or cans. However, upon my arrival at Marquette, where they had 17 beers on tap, I changed my mind.

Well until we see how the team looks with the new recruits, and how CJ or Rodgers deals with handling the football, can you really expect a better ranking?On that note, we were picked to be 3-5 in the MAC the year we one the MAC Championship, so don't sweat the respect thing until we start the season.I heard a rumor that the rankings in all the rumors you heard were in reverse order. As you can see, rifle people are pretty gung ho about their passtime which some people think of as a sport. Lets try to bring this thread back on point. As a starter, What do think about Zeke participating in both basketball and rifle?

The rifle team is almost busting at the seems with freshman this upcoming year. There are are three major shooters being recruited that will bolster the team in a major way and another walk on that is anticipated to be a big addition to the team. If a dynasty is going to be started, it looks like this this next year is the most likely time for it to start happening. Another point is with rifle it takes fewer members to mae up a team, so one better shooter does a lot more for the team than one person on a basketball team.you're right. i just finished 4 years on the team and don't know what the hell is going on. good luck this year. i would love to be proven wrong I think you may be overrating several of these freshman. I hear most need to hit the weight room hard before they will be a factor, with particular attention needed on the bench press and left eye squint.
