Because of the arrangement of the ceremony, the club also has the opportunity to honor a presenter as well.

AFC Cleveland (Skye Harter, Ty Sanda, Jackson Crawford, Shane Wiedt) will be hosting and playing for the NPSL Championship. I haven't heard where the Michigan Bucks (Adam Najem, Brad Ruhaak, Goncalo Soares) will play for the USL PDL title.
