You're right, but you could make one solid case for the B1G champ to get in any year. I think Washington had a better case - and they got in. Which is my point, they could have picked the big fanbase but passed for the better team. 3. Can't argue that one

I don't ever feel like long message board debates but sure. You claim the blue bloods with national followings will always win the human debate of A vs B for CFP inclusion. PSU had a darn good case (this makes me sick to type) for the playoff last year, has a huge following, and Washington was picked to travel to Atlanta for the Peach Bowl if I remember correctly.

Skip you claim to be on boards right - conflicts of interest happen and that's how they're handled. I doubt everyone in there is giving in to everything the OSU AD says.

I think they've done a great job. Numbers can lie - see the MVC RPI in previous years.. So far the only real complain I've seen here is OSU getting in in 2014, and they won the whole damn thing, so I don't think that could possibly be labeled a mistake. Also I feel dirty sticking up for OSU

The BCS had human polls in it. I think the CFP committee has done a great job so far

I've never had that issue. In fact I've said their broadcasts are my favorite

Everyone is going to have their own streaming service for 10 bucks a month or so and we'll all be paying what we pay now to get everything we want through 8 different services and asking for a way to consolidate them all, soon enough.

Any word on the scrimmage?

Success and failure depends on what the expectations are. Last year we expected an NCAA berth. This season, I don't think that's the expectation

They spend the resources that the interest brings them. Unfortunately not enough of us care for them to bring better coverage. Thankful for Dr. Z and Captain
