OU is shooting 63 percent from 3. No chance for us to have the lead at this point, the as someone said, we're close enough to catch them when they go cold. And if they don't, props to them.

OU plays too aggressive to get such few fouls called on them. Every reach isn't going to be called a foul, but you gotta call some of them.

Well then my friend, you are assuming that all top 25 teams are from the big conferences with that statement, since only one was left out. But yes, I hate their selective use of stats more than anyone. RPI, top 50 wins, away wins.. They'll pull out any of these stats if a mid major is lacking in one. I can't argue with that.

By long shot, you mean once ever? say teams ranked 20-25, so 6 teams per year, times how many years were at large picks selected? Wikipedia says 26 years of 64 teams, 10 with 65, and 2 with 68. So in the 38 years of 64+ team tournaments, one time has a ranked team been left out. That's 1 out of (38*6) 228 teams ranked 20-25 during those years. If we make it to the MAC title game still ranked (probably in the high teens by that point), we're in. No ifs ands or buts about it. Assuming of course we don't get our butts handed to us. With that said, let's not dwell on plan B. Win em all and get a 7 or 8 seed

The more I think about it, the more I think OU just isn't on OUr (hehe) level. Last year, we would play a lot of help defense, leading us to get burnt on open threes when OU reversed the ball well. Zeke and Tree are just on another level that Zeke of 2011-2012 and Cvetinovic (no offense Nik) were. With Pat and Harney down low too, we don't have to double anyone. We have length on the wings, and our backup PG might be our best on-ball defender. Zeke and Tree will eat Baltic and Keely alive again, and as a result, shut down their inside-out game again because we don't have to respect the OU post game. OU's only shot is to get unconscious from 3-land, which however, isn't entirely impossible as we've seen. It's gonna take a heck of a game plan, because I really don't see many advantages OU has in this matchup.
