No doubt. DIG statistical challenge: make a case with stats how this team is not the worst team in...(you pick).Even DiG doesn't need to look at the stats to know how badly this team has performed so far this season.

For the umpteenth time, they are a competitor of the Zips.You guys continue to want to blast OSU, but you have no real reason to do it.

I was told they invested $30,000 in the restrooms at the Rubber Bowl two years before it's last home game. (no joke)Obviously everyone who follows Zips basketball would like to see better facilities. It just needs to be understood that the more money that's invested in upgrading the JAR, the further a new arena gets pushed into the future. It would be economically difficult to justify building a new arena anytime soon after investing millions to upgrade the old facility. -
Make sure you post what the shows market share was last quarter, and the next three quarters so we can see how this big grand slam goes. I can't wait to see how much share the Rich & Toucher show gain. Make sure you use the same source, as market share numbers are shady and unreliable skewed to make every show look like they are number 1 in something. Example the Rich & Toucher show is number one with a 7.2 share...in male audience between the ages of 22 & 24 that listening between the hours of 10 am and 11 am.They gained national media which listed their station and I'm sure their number of listeners increased. It doesn't matter if not even one person wore the mask, from a marketing perspectiveit was a grandslam.WBZ-FM is a local Boston radio station owned by CBS. They seem like a real hoot.

The Heat looked like last years Cavs to me. LBJ and the rest of the team. I don't know a whole lot about the NBA, but I have watched a lot of LBJ in the NBA. It looks like his team will be the same. He tries to get everyone involved in the first half, then when/if that doesn't work, he tries to win it by himself in the second half. All the talk about which one of the three guys (LBJ, Wade, Bosh) will do this or that, it looks to me this is still LBJ and the rest of the guys on the floor. I figured I would start watching the game and get bored or mad and shut it off, but I ended up watching and enjoying the whole game. I guess I still enjoy watching LBJ play.Celtics 88 Heat 80 -
It's embarrassing to hear your own fans screaming to put him in when he isn't even available.More importantly, how many fans will spot him on the sideline during the first half if he isn't there? -

When you hear "$4 million locker room," you probably think: "Neato!" Or you think, "Man, $4 million for a locker room? That seems grossly unnecessary!" After this "MTV Cribs"-style tour of Oklahoma State's recently finished basketball locker room facilities, it's safe to say both reactions are valid. Those facilities were privately funded -- which, in OSU Cowboys-land, roughly translates to T. Boone Pickens -- so there's no complaint about taxpayer money to be had here.

Edit: I sent this to my sister in-law, she was a big Delonte fan last year, her comment "I understand why he is "rich", but I don't get the "toucher" part. What did he touch?"

Thanks for the clarification. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to country lyrics. I always thought bad things were happening. Dog runs away, your truck breaks down, your old lady is cheating on you, there is only three Busch beers left in the fridge, the mortgage on the trailer is two months due...I like your lyrics better. I still like to think our soccer players are "casanovas" though.

You think we would be a better team with a different system under the current staff that was hired to run the system the coach knows? You think Rob would be a better coach in a different system? Do you think the systems were mentioned in the interview with the AD? You don't get more basic than the pro offense and the 4-3 defense. You are looking for one simple answer to a bad football team. Just think for a second of running the spread with this team. Who would catch the ball? Who would block? Same guys or will we magically get a bunch of talent at those positions because we have a different scheme? What defense will we run that we don't have to cover receivers and we don't have to put pressure on the QB, because THAT is what we should run. There are many more problems than just one.A good coach finds a way to put his players in a position to succeed. He doesn't try to put the proverbial square peg into a round hole. iChump forced his system onto the team -
I've read this BS statement on this board umpteen times and have never commented on it once. After watching this year, this statement now brings my blood to a boil! I'd give my left pinky for another "lucky" year. Lucky.People who brag about the Zips bowl game in 2005 should look closer and see that we really "backed into" that one. It was not an impressive year, rather a very lucky year.

LBJ, I'm not sure it's a good idea to ask Cavs fans "What should I do?" I don't think you will like the answer.
Good try by Nike. I wonder how many creative meetings there were. I would have liked to been in on a few of those brainstorming meetings.

I wish you could change one kid to another position or fix one thing and make our team that much better where it counted for something. At the beginning of the season (first 5 games) I was kidding myself saying that we needed to fix 3 things to compete. I don't see that anymore. I think we might have regressed. CK, you are a trooper for being able to write/think that much about what I witnessed on Saturday on the field. I need a few weeks off after that one. Working all day and making it to the last two weekday home games are going to be tough. I might have to consider taking a couple hours and working a short day to do it. We'll see. I hope the kids don't feel like I do, but how can they not? The staff has a tough job this week, but they should have worked smarter earlier to avoid this situation. Temple should be a 30 point favorite this week.
PS I heard Faust was doing the game instead of Alleman, does anybody know why?
