He is correct in saying that. We need to fix major areas of concern, not minor tweaks. IMO, we need to fix the offensive line play, defensive secondary and the wide receiver group. Those three areas have been grading below average each week. We need them to improve before we start to scheme against other teams. I hope practices are focused on such problem areas.

I'm not either, but if I thought he could come in and change what is going on, I would be. I'm just sure that is not the case, so it's not an issue for me.

Thanks Woot. Is this only for "pro" (I'm ignorant to what league your example is)? Can I bet on college (Akron) somewhere? If I am to give this sport another chance, I am going to have to put some coin on it to make it interesting. Betting can make a game of marbles interesting.

Is there ever betting in this sport? Is there a line? Over/under? Futures? PS You might want to show a source for this comment. Is it just one crazy fan, multiple?

Coach Frisman, fill out a requisition for 9 pair of WAGs today! I know a guy that uses these in every practice and reached the pinnacle of his profession. He credits practicing with these as to one of the reasons.

1. I was counting at the snap sometimes..1-2-3-3.5...sack. I didn't count every snap, but I remember doing it at least twice. 2. I didn't notice many shotguns, but I agree with you.

Pretty low class. I'm not even sure I would do that!?! To his credit, I think the Columbus U mascot handled it well. I wish somebody would interview him (CU mascot) and ask him what he was thinking. Pretty funny though.

Secondary is one out of the top three areas we need immediate help in. I believe he would make our team better if he returned there. I don't want to comment on his receiving skills at this time. He is only doing what the staff is asking of him (team player).

Other than the game quality itself, what a great trip to Kentucky, great fans, very hospitable. Hooked up with wildcatnation.net for a shrimp boil tailgate before and after the game. If the receiving corp continues to drop pass after pass, does it matter who is throwing the ball? I'm glad they brought Matt in at the end of the game. I wanted to see if that changed anything. His first two passes were dropped. Did anybody count the total drops in the game? We are a long way away from making one change at a position and thinking it will improve things. I'm thinking/hoping getting more snaps for PN7 with the new scheme will pay off down the road. I hope there is some sort of "emergency" meeting with the receivers this week. Step it up Frisman!
