Typical. As a Zips fan, I have given up complaining about the refs. How much energy can one put into it over the years? Just expect it.I look forward to the days when we have enough talent that the refs won't be able to be a factor in our (MAC) games.

I'll be there all day. I'm really looking forward to the last three games. The first game is the only game that only mildly interests me.

What can we do different to win the MAC Tournament?If we win tonight, here is my suggestion for Thursday:

Wow, odds on the MAC tourney. Not very good odds on Akron. I would have them at 8:1Hell, I think the Arizona was 3.6 to 1 to win the SB.And the Zips are 4:1 to win 4 games in a row!?!?!?I'm not saying it is impossible, just crappy odds.The more I think about it, they should be 10:1.Anyone notice Ken+ is the only MAC team you are able to bet on in the NCAA tourney? 1000:1

Here are my observations from the game.I'll exclude any punching or seeding talk since it has run it's course already.I have a major problem with the way we defend the baseline, why does our team let an opposing player drive the baseline so easily. Ken+ scored way to many easy points there when our defense seemed to delibertely force them to the baseline, and then let them score like we didn't think it was legal to do that!?!? Puzzling.I can't believe that Parks guy had his way on the inside. He looks as unathletic as someone can get, and he used the Zips offensively and defensively. I really hope Zeke got a chance to see this game and was chuckling to himself, because that's all I could think when that Parks touched the ball.Has McNeese progressed offensively at all? He dribbles and dribbles and dribbles... He has no plan, he just reacts. I'm not sure what Nic yelled at him, and Nic probably picked the wrong time to do it, but I was secretively happy he did. Don't tell.Conyers cut to the hole and scored a basket. I've been waiting years to see that. Thanks Jimmy.Bardo, if you are reading this...stop, go practice free throws. He replied - "Give me their name and I'll call them. I recruit this region. We made offers to every D1 caliber kid (with grades) in the area. Sometimes kids just want to go away from home. Sometimes they're intent on playing for a BCS school. If they had grades and were good enough, we actively recruited and offered them." He also added that the 2010 talent was much deeper than '09, and he expected to see some more local names in next February's class.

I don't care about exposure anymore. I'm selfish, I want 6 pm Saturday home games all the time. I enjoy those the most.I can pre and post tailgate and enjoy the game.

Skip, I know where you are coming from. I'm not a Browns fan, but if my team plays on Monday night, Sunday night or has a buy week, and the Browns play a Sunday 1pm game, I used to go to the Browns games. I gave that up this year for the same reason. I did have fun watching the Browns at Jacksonville this year though. Jax fans are cool. I don't think Ken+ fans are that obnoxious, but I do hate being squeezed into my seat in that stinking gym though. The smell alone is enough to keep me away.

Can the headline to your next article be 'Zips move on from the 3-3-5' Get me some quotes from coach explaining why the switch, and try to get him to say "Dr Z was right all along" Is there no print/statement saying the team is switching defenses because it seems like admitting a mistake, or is it not interesting enough to make an article about?

If the Zips can't beat three teams in a row in the MAC tournament, they don't deserve anything, whomever they play, east, west, south or north.NO EXCUSES. The MAC is weak...TAKE IT NOW!

Since I have been critical of Bardo's rebounding, I have to give him props when he shows some hope.About 14 minutes left in the second half, Bardo made a rebound. Best rebound I ever seen him make. Study what you did right Mike, and do it 7 more times a game, we will win the MAC tourney. I will be watching.
