I went off of record in conference play. There was 2 ties. The tiebreakers I used was 1)great underclassmen, and 2) who's playing well as of late.1) Can't State 23-72) Akron 22-83) Bowling Green 19-114) Eastern Michigan 18-125) Central Michigan 16-146) Miami(OH)* 14-167) Ball State* 14-168) Toledo 13-179) Buffalo 12-1810) Ohio* 10-2011) Western Michigan* 10-2012) Northern Illinois 9-21* Western Michigan and Ohio. Ohio has a great freshman in Cooper and a few others as well. All I have heard about WMU is Kool. * Miami(OH) and Ball State. Just about the same underclassmen. Miami(OH) playing better as of late in both women's and men's basketball programs.So, What does everyone think about this with one game remaining? Of course, some hurt more than others. For example, Toledo women's is 12-3 and men's is 1-14. But that is what I meant by school in the MAC as a basketball program as a whole school.

It's a final at the MACC Center...66-58...IT's ALL ON THE LINE ON MARCH 5TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IT'S GO TIME!!!!!! i BELIEVE IT IS OFFICIALLY THE BIGGEST GAME OF THE YER FOR BOTH TEAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really like Zach's idea...they don't come, take their shirt away. Honestly though, if someone can find an idea i'll promote about the games...i want to volunteer my evenings for this...rest of year is on TV, and i want people to know the Rowdies...pm me if anyone has anything for me to do...im ready to kick it into high gear

To clarify what i was saying, im always there at the north end but we can't seem to fill up both of the sections. I just want it to look like it's filled up there when it really isn't... they should just tape off the seats behind the hoopp anyway since no one really sits at those seats and can't really see the game on the court or jumbotronAbout the band: Even though im trying to talk to the peiople on my sdide about the upcoming game and trying to be "smart", i can't hear them since the band is so loud even on the north side...so really get it hard to hear(ppl may not want to hear this), we should try to get the band to expand bigger and make it almost full on the one side and the dedicated rowdies on the other side...i know ppl don't like this idea, but it would show the court being full...that's the only illusion that can help but won't work...just can't wait to be outnumbered student wise on March 5th, but be louder...

I think what everyone is asking and what im trying to figure out also is what are we doing differently in basketball than soccer in getting students and more fans out? I have no idea how we can change this other than posting flyers on like every door in the dorms to get more rowdies and students out...Other than that...I have no idea...I'll be willing to help the advertising or marketing on students if anyone has any ideas...cause my little head is out of them(i don't have many good ideas to begin with, and i don't know what i was thinking with band switching sides...)...We have 28,000 students...im sure that we can get more rowdies and get some good ones in the bunch...but it's getting them to come...which i wish i had the answer for...

maybe the Rowdies should do a bring a non-Rowdie student down to the section because I've seen Rowdies(ppl with shirt on doesn't mean they're technically rowdies IMO) sitting with their friends that aren't Rowdies sit in the wooden bleachers...we need to get this changed...I think for the Can't State game, the band should move down to the side where the cheerleaders are because I can't hear the other end's chants when the cheerleaders are doing their own chants...I think we should get the everyone who has been there all year take the one side and be able to hear what goes on...and the band and cheerleaders and whoever just shows up for the Can't game, can just be on the band side...

I'll be there no matter if there's a rowdie trip or not..I'll in Paris, CA and I'm staying with family and driving to Santa Barbara if I can get all of my fall exams this year to be earlier in the week...

Here's my beef for the whole season:1) I like Dambrot on what he does as a person and classy when it comes to disciplinary actions; however, I don't know if I would agree on his philosophy as a coach.2)Why would you put Nik at Center when you got Marshall, Bardo, Sweich, McKnight brothers at a better fit at that position than Nik. With Nik's speed, I think he's more of a Small Forward. 3)I think our defense is doing as well because of the matchup problems we're getting after screens and would be resolved if we play some zone here and there. If they're shooting well...fine, go man to man...if not, stay at them with that zone until the figure it out.4) Why isn't Ronnie Steward getting more playing time. We need more than one person on court at one time that can bring the ball up to help dissect traps and presses.Here's my lineups(which would vary to opponent and who's playing extremely well, but positions stay same just about)Starters=*6th=^7th=^^8th=^^^9th=^^^^10th=^^^^^PG- McNees*, Steward^^^^, Hitchens, SG- Hitchens*, Roberts^^^^^, Petersen, SullivanSF- Conyers*, Cvetinovic^, B. McKnight^^^, Bardo, SweichC-Marshall*, Bardo^^, SweichIf I was coach this year, I would be running a little Flex offense with some 1-3-1 offense to break zones, and a defense of 3-2 and 2-3 zones with some alternations of man to man and also put some 1-2-2 full court zone press and 2-2-1 half court press...that might be what i do and what i might do when i get a chance to coach D1 basketball someday...But I know nothing since I'm a UA student and working on my sport/exercise studies major with concentration in coaching...and that's why Dambrot is where he is, and that's why I am where I am...

I wonder if AK-Rowdies can bet on this? that would be awesome...get 2 of the officers behind there...priceless...
