i don't want to sound like a broken post, but please where white tommorow night...i know probably over half of the students will forget...since those are the ones just going for the "socially-fit" event...

I play with this kid at the rec center every day that's in my sociology class, and i asked him if he's going to the game tommorow, and he said "there's a game tommorow? for what?" That proves it right there...do i need to say more about the relationship between marketing department and the students?

Eastern Michigan beat Buffalo by 13 at Buffalo, so it looks like a Eastern Michigan-Akron ematch again. The result between the 2 teams was a 73-66 win fro the Lady Zips at Eastern Michigan. Eastern Michigan can really put up points. They beat Rochester 108-24...ZachTheZip and I were talking about a high scoring MAC women's game..here it is... lost a 2OT thriller to Central Michigan on Februrary 20th by a final score of.....113-107 F/2OT

I went off of record in conference play. There was 2 ties. Ohio has a great freshman in Cooper and a few others as well. All I have heard about WMU is Kool. * Miami(OH) and Ball State. Just about the same underclassmen. Miami(OH) playing better as of late in both women's and men's basketball programs.So, What does everyone think about this with one game remaining? Of course, some hurt more than others. For example, Toledo women's is 12-3 and men's is 1-14. But that is what I meant by school in the MAC as a basketball program as a whole school.

I really like Zach's idea...they don't come, take their shirt away. Honestly though, if someone can find an idea i'll promote about the games...i want to volunteer my evenings for this...rest of year is on TV, and i want people to know the Rowdies...pm me if anyone has anything for me to do...im ready to kick it into high gear

To clarify what i was saying, im always there at the north end but we can't seem to fill up both of the sections. I just want it to look like it's filled up there when it really isn't... they should just tape off the seats behind the hoopp anyway since no one really sits at those seats and can't really see the game on the court or jumbotronAbout the band: Even though im trying to talk to the peiople on my sdide about the upcoming game and trying to be "smart", i can't hear them since the band is so loud even on the north side...so really get it hard to hear(ppl may not want to hear this), we should try to get the band to expand bigger and make it almost full on the one side and the dedicated rowdies on the other side...i know ppl don't like this idea, but it would show the court being full...that's the only illusion that can help but won't work...just can't wait to be outnumbered student wise on March 5th, but be louder...

I think what everyone is asking and what im trying to figure out also is what are we doing differently in basketball than soccer in getting students and more fans out? I have no idea how we can change this other than posting flyers on like every door in the dorms to get more rowdies and students out...Other than that...I have no idea...I'll be willing to help the advertising or marketing on students if anyone has any ideas...cause my little head is out of them(i don't have many good ideas to begin with, and i don't know what i was thinking with band switching sides...)...We have 28,000 students...im sure that we can get more rowdies and get some good ones in the bunch...but it's getting them to come...which i wish i had the answer for...

maybe the Rowdies should do a bring a non-Rowdie student down to the section because I've seen Rowdies(ppl with shirt on doesn't mean they're technically rowdies IMO) sitting with their friends that aren't Rowdies sit in the wooden bleachers...we need to get this changed...I think for the Can't State game, the band should move down to the side where the cheerleaders are because I can't hear the other end's chants when the cheerleaders are doing their own chants...I think we should get the everyone who has been there all year take the one side and be able to hear what goes on...and the band and cheerleaders and whoever just shows up for the Can't game, can just be on the band side...
