I'm with you. To say that Zeke was not an impact player is ludicrous. He is the all-time shot block leader for the conference. Let me know when someone breaks that. Could Zeke have been better? How happy do you think the average student is contributing $1183 a year for the athletic program? I think I know the answer. However, to be fair, a portion of the $7,248,175 line item should be deleted from the bottom line because scholarships don't really cost that many hard dollars. There are lots of things to talk about in these numbers. One thing that really stands out is the guarantees paid for home and away games. I wonder how the numbers break down in those two categories between football and basketball.

If you're not a whiner, the JAR really isn't bad at all. I sit in the cheapest seat there is and I have yet to miss a play yet. I'm not too good to sit in a bleacher. The best thing about the JAR is that it is such a crackerbox that when it's full and the crowd gets into it, it's loud as Hell. Problem is, there are too many whiners that are too good to actually come out to sit in such a "dump". The JAR was new when I was a student and we actually thought it was nice, believe it or not.

Maybe we could have Terry Bowden yodel out a request and see if that works.

I heard National Geographic was working on a Kathryn Place Block Party documentary, though.
