Delusional is what some of us our. If he had gone to college, he would of played at OSU, over his hometown, high school coach and teammates. He "gives back" to Akron as a courtesy, good PR for him with the city. Not to mention, when he's home, playing with our team is a convenience to him. Where else is he going to play against decent competition?
How many games has he attended since Dru and Romeo left; compared to Miami, Kentucky, and OSU?
I wont deny that what he does helps to an extent, but it is usually overstated.
