It was a great effort by the team..but thats all it is, effort. Someday we need to make the most of these opportunities and pull off a win. Pohl doesnt look right at all. Just doesnt step into his throws. I've heard he is delaying surgery until the end of the season.

some of this play calling is downright putrid. At least two runs on 3rd and long. Still, pleased with how we are competing. Receivers need to catch better and the team needs to quit shooting themselves in the foot with penalties. Would prefer a little less conservative playcalling. Am pleased with them attempted to get #1 involved.

Strategic Management. My capstone class. It was really interesting hearing the about thoughts and transformation of the University during Dr. Proenza's tenure. I've always heard the campus is very different from a decade or so ago, but it was really interesting hearing about the process from the one who was behind it. He also made it clear he is not a fan of the ABJ lol

I personally prefer Bickley. Yes I know he made a mistake on the one kick off return, but he's one of the few players on our team capable of actually making a play in the return game. Special teams was horrible, but hardly our only concern.

This game is very reminiscent of the Ianello years. Get your shit and team together, Bowden. Pathetic effort by most of the team as well. Also, I've always been a Pohl supporter, but give me Hirschman. Looks like a deer in the headlights and freezes when he has any pressure at all.

So how about those Browns

OU is a good team who will compete or even win the East. Similar to Bowling Green in that they have a strong running game, but they have a dual threat QB, which has given our D problems. I've watched some of them this year, and they are even taking Tettleton out sometimes to use and even more run-oriented QB. We can definitely compete with these guys, just like we can with every other MAC team on our schedule (exluding NIU and BSU probably). I just want to get over the damn hump. I know the team is showing improvement, but competing and coming up short hurts more than getting blown out. Nothing would make me happier than upsetting a good OU team this season. I dislike them almost as much as Can't.
