  1. Seen OU students rushed the court. Really?
  2. well, there is currently a thread by somebody who didnt get a ticket and is looking for one.
  3. well, for one, the student seating is a joke. There are a good whole 4 rows on each edge of the quart (half of which is occupied by the pep band). The rest of the students are forced to sit up top in the bleacher seating. A real home-court "advantage" right? The student section needs to be closer, either along the bottom of one side of the court or the bleachers behind the buckets need to start from floor level and go up. If the students felt more apart of the game, their might be a little more spirit.
  4. Ziproo pushing his agenda yet again..enough, its annoying.
  5. Love that article.
  6. ^^ Seems like a good get. A lot of talent in Stark county.
  7. ^^ If he has a degree in marketing, he sure doesnt apply it. I know he contacted outside marketing companies for ideas for a few games last season.
  8. anybody know what the fans chanted during his selection? Sounds like "we dont want you" or something like that.
  9. starting to think you are Bobby Bowden. He posted the same article about the mascot not 10 minutes ago on twitter.
  10. ^^ All of them look fine to me.
  11. what the hell does akron even need a hockey rink for? The club team? The minor league team we dont have?
  12. I like it, and please keep posting where everybody with an offer ends up. It makes sense, dont know why people are taking issue with it.
  13. ready to leave Buchtel already?
  14. Like who? Hauser doesnt have to come here as the DC. As for Boykin, I dont think there was a rumor we hired a RB coach yet.
  15. he was hardly even used with Ianello.
  16. Same thing happened with Owen Maraecic at Stanford last season.
  17. Thanks, did a quick google search and couldnt find the conference schedule this season.
  18. Would have liked him to stay, but he did nothing wrong by leaving. Like others have said, he has fulfilled his obligation to the University. Some of you need to quit acting like crazy ex-girlfriends lol
  19. Morgan State, CMU, UMASS, EMU. If we get twice as good those are all the gimmes. You can also throw in a game or two that could go either way.
  20. um Shurmur has only been the coach for one year. Blackburn has been in the NFL since 05. Get a clue. Also, not like the Browns have Cribbs or anything.
  21. I dont see many people thinking 10-2 next season. I, and many others im sure as well would be happy with 4 wins. Schedule isn't all that tough, either.
  22. Just like most Zips fans suffer from envy and don't realize it
  23. This thread has nothing to do with OSU. some of you need to grow up.
  24. Zip Alum Karma!! Wonder when Jerry Jones and the rest of the so-called "experts" are gonna wake up to the fact that Tony Romo is the most overrated player in the NFL. Eight years and counting... Meanwhile, the billionaire has 1 playoff in 15 years of ownership? LOL. Tony Romo overrated? Look at his stats this season and then come back and try to tell me that. Coming into this season, Sanchez had four playoff wins in two years. Lots of starting NFL QBs stink, he isn't one of them. He plays for a defensive oriented coach who doesn't value offense so he suffers. If the Jets would can their coach and hire someone who was willing to play football in the 21st Century, Sanchez could shine. LOL. Sanchoke is trash. Who cares if his head coach if defensive oriented. Newflash.. Tomlin is defensive oriented and Big Ben does pretty well.
  25. Oversigning is exactly the type of foresightful move that has put the SEC at the top. Instead of limiting it, the other conferences should embrace it. In the long run, it is better for everyone involved. Other conferences don't embrace it because it isn't a right thing to do. At the bottom of the point about it, it states that the SEC is going to do something about it, because they are finally realizing what a dirty move it is. It would be better for the schools, not the student-athletes who are going there to get a free education. Believe it or not, a small percentage of players play football beyond college.
