    Eh, even if Grimes was hurt, Shocky was returning at the beginning of the season and I don't believe anything negative happened where you wouldn't want to put him back there. Still a big believer in the staff and not everything was going to be fixed in a shortened offseason (and depth/overall talent is still an issue), but there were some questionable decisions this game.

    Golden Nelson wasn't dressed yesterday. Just wearing his jersey on the sidelines, so I assume he has an injury of some sort. Gathings was another player not dressed, think he aggravated something against MSU.

    We gave them the game as much as they won it. This team can win a few games in conference play, but have to stop beating themselves. The staff would appear to still have multiple holes that need upgraded as well, but that wasn't all going to happen in one short offseason.

    Why in the hell do we have a true freshman out there fielding punts when we have Shocky and Grimes as options? Not only did he turn it over, he tried to call a fair catch at the 3 yard line.

    Just saw this post. Great evaluation. To expand some, Bubba and Hooks weren’t Arth recruits either, so even worse.

    Posts hyping the DL is not what I expecting to see this morning lol. Agree Morton has been coming along well and we have a nice rotation at DE with him, Jones, and Johnson. I'd like to see more from Jones. He popped out the first game, but not a whole lot since. Thomas has seemed to play well at DT. Hopefully we'll get Holt back soon and able to play at a high level.
