Going to visit a friend in Buffalo on Saturday-- I'm hoping for a Akron-Buffalo matchup in the championship with an Akron win. We will then plunder downtown Buffalo devouring Suicide wings and pitchers of Labatt. The drive back to Akron the next morning may not be the best, but an Akron win will SURELY help any fuzzy heads.

If Jim Tressel is hired in at Akron what will be YOUR first reaction?? Mine would be.... 3 double shots of Jim Beam, then RUN (2-4 miles) to the nearest ACME, buy a 6 pack of Christmas Ale, run back home (with Christmas Ale in hand) and fill up "Das Boot" to the brim, drink that while I hug/cry with my 3 Zippy stuffed animals! I know it's early to start the speculation of Zeke playing his senior year, but just thought I'd throw it out there. Year after year Zeke has improved his game both offensively and defensively. If the Zips make the Tourney again Zeke's draft stock would rise, but I say Zeke has to stay at Akron because he is not a LIGHTS OUT center yet. But, then again you don't have to be lights out even in the NBA.

I would really have to believe Terry and his boys can pull off at least 4 wins this upcoming season. I'm just excited to see the little man bumble about the sidelines getting his players' asses into gear.
