Great to see 2 former Zip midfielders doing well.... The article below says that Wil Trapp is leading the MLS with 667 passes completed Victor Souto is mentioned in the post above...for his spectacular goal. Victor is also doing great on passing. Victor completed 67 passes against Richmond and 72 passes against Harrisburg. For those zips fans....that love to travel to support the soccer zips.....it looks like you can have a great trip on the first weekend of the season. We have already seen that the zips open their season on Aug. 25 at Utah Valley. Denver(which has had a great team over the last 2 years) will host the zips on Mon. I believe that this young man is a 2018 recruit. Am I correct that he is the first recruit for 2018? I believe that Cameron Victor is a 2019 recruit.

The Bob Linton Student-Athlete Awards, which recognize students for their hard work in their respective sports, in the classroom, and in the community, went to basketball's Hannah Plybon (Orrville, Ohio) and men's soccer's Brad Ruhaak (Akron, Ohio). http://www.ucsbgauchos.com/sports/m-soccer/2016-17/releases/20170418kv385u 2018 and 2020 at Santa Barbara ; 2019 and 2021 at Cary, NC the zips have had special college cup teams in 2009, 2010 and 2015.... can the zips return to Cary and Santa Barbara in any of the 4 years (2018 to 2021)
