    Watching on tv and seeing the students standing the whole time in my old season ticket section makes me wonder how many people in the sections on either side of them are looking into changing their seats. 🤔

    I was at the Indiana game on Saturday and Marshall looked pretty good. Their main problem was they had no one who could handle Jackson-Davis inside as he set an Assembly Hall record with 43 points. It may be a tough one for the Zips.

    Women lose by 11 at Duquesne in a game the Dukes (Duchesses?) led by 20 in second half after Zips had a 1 pt halftime lead. Dawson had a bad night and only scored 4 pts. It's early yet, but I'm not seeing much to indicate the team is much better this year. Emma Tecca got in at the end of the game and missed a shot. Oh well, it's early - right? Go Zips!

    Cobwebs 😉 Actually I did wipe down some pretty dirty concession counters this June while volunteering for the Akron Marathon race series, but that was understandable after more than a year of nonuse.

    No point in watching, or playing, that game anyway. Mismatches like this are one of the reasons I stopped buying season tickets. There's usually one good pre MAC season home game worth going to IMO.

    I pretty sure I saw her on the bench and in uniform rather than sweats. I guess that's progress. Still didn't get in though.

    Maybe we should first ask ourselves what we are looking for in a search committee? I hope they have some people who have actually conducted a successful coaching search. Our new AD may be a smart guy, but he's never been part of a search since none of the schools he's worked at have even had a football program.
