  1. So much damn standing around on offense watching the guy with the ball.
  2. White shot almost 42% (.419) on 3 pointers last year. He's been hurt most of this year. How do they keep leaving him open?
  3. Why go to double the post when the guards are doing the damage???
  4. Minimum wage Clayton Bates looking like Red Freaking Auerbach tonight.
  5. Stop sagging off of the guards when they don't have the ball!
  6. Ali out of control on one end, not boxing out on the other.
  7. X passed the ball to Freeman while Freeman was standing out of bounds.
  8. WMU will fold. They are bad. However, they move on offense, unlike the stagnant Zips. The may be the largest collection of average talent in recent Zips basketball history. They're not bad players, there's joust no one outstanding. Freeman is the closest but he's not going to break open a game.
  9. Playing for the Bahamian Olympic team is apparently bad for your game.
  10. They are awfully hot. They're also getting too many good looks.
  11. Ummmm, maybe a hand in the face on D??? This team averages 64.9 points a game and they've given up 36 with 4 minutes left in the half. Yikes,
  12. This team has an inability to step on another team's neck and put them away early.
  13. 27 seconds to swap in Aziz for Freeman. Must not have been happy with that foul. You wouldn't want to be colorblind watching this one.
  14. I should turn it on at 7 and miss the first hour to balance out having turned on the PCCC game at 7 for it only to be at 8. Doh!
  15. I would say say that someone has done a good job of engaging the students and getting them to attend men's basketball games this season. Whatever they've done, I hope it translates to football.
  16. I would really like to see them finally get off to a good start and have a healthy lead at the half so that they can work on some things in the second half. Groce has referred to Trimble as an elite shooter in the past. They say that shooters have to shoot their way out of slumps but it's painful to watch when he's in one.
  17. Yep. Clearly, it was so engrained by the time that good coaches got to him that it's a difficult fix. Muscle memory is a difficult thing to overcome.
  18. I saw it last week and gasped. Thank goodness he contributes in other ways. I don't think his shooting is for lack of effort or practice. I just think it is so engrained at this point that it is tough to fix.
  19. That picture clearly demonstrates Tribble's shooting issues. The under/over for the actual crowd tonight, with an iffy opponent and the snowy roads, is 567 (including the band and cheer and dance squads).
  20. I think there's a "the grass is greener" aspect to the portal, with 20 year old kids making hasty decisions thinking they're going to a better place where they'll be more appreciated. At 57 I certainly have a different perspective than a college kid. If I was a legitimate D1 football player at UA from the Arth era (I'd be in the minority. LOL) my thought would be that this is a program to soon be on the upswing with legitimate coaches that could help my future with immediately available playing time. Stay and flourish rather than relocate with uncertainty.
