    Amen. I'd rather see the impact than have a similar experience to some of the other MAC schools that are perpetually mediocre while hanging onto the same coach who never does well enough to move on.

    Softball finished strong, however, with an impressive 15-5 win over PCCC, to bring their season record to 4-43-1.

    Seems like she got a couple of good classes where she pulled local stars Rachel Tecca and Kara Murphy, along with Hannah Luburgh, and once they moved on the magic was over.

    The quickest way to get a program back up to speed is JUCOs and transfers. It's simply the hand Groce was dealt in a world that demands fast results. If it works, we'll start seeing more of the freshman recruit talent in time.

    Matt bobbleheads for everyone! I also got an LBJ jersey that fits, a Bowden Football camp t-shirt and a piece of the 2010 championship net. Well worth my $5.

    Had a great time. Got some decent cheap swag from the sale (including my 3rd Matthew Wilson bobblehead if anyone needs one!). Team looked better than in many of the other recent spring games. Interesting to see Bubba Arselanian in at FB. Ramart looks like a most capable backup to Kato. All in all a fun day in Zip land!

    The kid showed promise. He frustrated the hell out of me for the first half of the season by coupling that promise with inexcusable mental lapses. I think in time, he would have been a nice MAC player. If he thinks he's a top notch player who can succeed at a place like Oklahoma, he's going to be very disappointed.
