TB loves his verbal misdirection when discussing who will start and it is tough to separate his gamesmanship from what he is really thinking. I honestly feel pretty equally OK with either.

I think the real story is that the receivers finally started catching the ball more consistently.

I honestly think there are legitimate reasons for starting either. I just think it's premature to get too hyped up about Kato, yet. Against Buffalo, Woodson had 41 and 36 yard completions.

IMHO, it's pretty difficult to make a real assessment based on one game. Woodson had a 72% completion rate at Buffalo.

I read that the sound system was so bad no one could understand what he was saying. I hope that wasn't true.

I voted for 8+ points based on the level enthusiasm TB has been demonstrating all week. That was an emotional win, but not in the draining way that WMU was. It seemed to have the opposite effect - almost like, "We always knew we were this team and now we have finally shown people." With it being senior night, there is an added desire to win big, to get kids who don't usually play into the game. I do not have a real preference for who starts at QB at this point. I think Bowden will start Woodson, though.

Bowden mentioned the penalties and talked about how they were playing with reckless abandon. He seemed to imply that although penalties were not ideal, it was the emotional level of play that made the difference in the game. I would have to agree. I would love to know what the difference was this week in the level of emotion. Agreed with the uniforms and the EQ staff. I always loved the "Fear the Roo" decal, too. Have we seen that this year?
