    What exactly is your point? We lost by a touchdown to a team who was favored to win by a touchdown. Are you implying we lost because our headcoach doesn't run out on to the field after every big play?

    Hauser Boxes George K. Brown Marcus We aren't great on D with everyone healthy, and we aren't deep. They played hard but App State was just more physical on offense.

    Joe Dunn pointed out the major change in attitude that the Zips and their fans are disappointed to lose and not just happy to keep it within 7. Great offensive effort. Great team battle. The defense has a long way to go.

    I was concerned coming into this game that if it came down to the 2nd half of the 4th Q that our D would be too tired to put up any type of serious stop. That might the case at this point.

    Our D isn't where anyone wants it to be, but hat's off to the mental toughness that has worked the Zips back into this game. 1-2 years ago, we were done once we were down.

    Marshall QB Chase Litton out against Louisville It was fairly evident that the kid wasn't right after he took that huge hit. You have to wonder about the in-game concussion protocol at MArshall.

    I am not sure App Stat can stop our passing game but if they can disrupt it enough to get a few 3 and outs, then it's a game. It probably seems like unfounded optimism, but I honestly believe our offense can beat every D we face through the rest of the year. I am not saying we will, but I believe we can, if we don't beat ourselves.

    I have never seen an opposing team's fans do so much oppo research before! Very entertaining and the writer hit most of the important stuff.
